Hi I’m Suzie! After crossing Greek island-hopping off my bucket list in 2020, I became a Greek resident and avid explorer of the country. Now I’m on a mission to visit every inhabited island and discover the mainland gems through adventure, food and culture.

I know how overwhelming it can be to organise a trip to Greece, so through my travel writing here, I report back on the best places to visit, things to do and where to stay while simplifying the logistics of getting around. Since combining a bucket-list trip to Greece with a few stops in Turkey is common, I report on my travels there, too.

You’ll often find me hiking and swimming in nature, caring for Greece’s many stray cats, sampling food specialities from different regions and immersing myself in wellness experiences or bit of barefoot luxury.
